1. Introduction
Welcome to the Bite Circle™ Group, a professional community where licensed dental and medical practitioners share case studies, clinical insights, and educational discussions. By joining or participating, you accept the Terms & Conditions set out below. The group is strictly for educational purposes and does not accommodate ordering, sales, or promotional activities.
2. Membership & Eligibility

Licensed professionals only. Membership is limited to dental and medical practitioners who register with accurate, verifiable credentials.
Discretionary admission. Admission is granted solely at the discretion of the group owner and appointed administrators, who may approve or deny any application.
Removal rights. The owner and administrators may add members or remove members from any groups at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, to protect the integrity of the group or affiliated communities, or for any reason at their sole discretion.

3. Case‑Sharing & De‑Identification Policy
All clinical materials shared in the group must be fully de‑identified in accordance with HIPAA and other patient‑privacy regulations. Do not post:

Patient names, initials, or personal identifiers.
Exact birthdates (only the birth year is permissible).
Contact details (phone, email, physical address, etc.).
Medical record numbers, insurance information, or other unique identifiers.
Full‑face photographs or any image that could identify a patient (faces must be cropped or obscured).

Discuss treatment methodologies, case studies, and clinical outcomes.
Engage in peer support and professional exchanges.
Share best practices, research, and educational content relevant to dentistry and Bite Circle™.

No patient‑identifiable data. Any violation results in immediate removal.
No sales or promotions. Ordering, marketing, or solicitation of products or services is prohibited, except within the context of clinically relevant educational discussion.
No unauthorized redistribution. Do not republish or profit from group content without written permission.
No solicitation. Do not solicit members for business ventures, products, or services.

The group is actively monitored. The owner may appoint administrators to oversee posts and enforce rules.
Administrators and the owner reserve full authority to add, remove, or suspend members, delete content, or restrict access to maintain professionalism, privacy, and legal compliance.
Any sharing of identifiable patient information or other serious violation will result in immediate expulsion. Reported violations will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken.

Bite Circle™ hosts an official library of approved files in the Tools & Resources area. Only files obtained from that area are sanctioned for download or onward distribution.
Bite Circle™ is not responsible for any file, document, or software downloaded from sources outside the approved Tools & Resources area, including attachments or links shared by members.
Bite Circle™ is likewise not liable for any content, security risks, or outcomes arising from links posted by members. You access such links or downloads at your own discretion and risk.
Members must exercise due caution when clicking or downloading anything shared in the group.
